I am a husband & father of 3, who works professionally as a Small Business Executive, Real Estate Broker, Builder, and Connector of People. I've been married to my wife Candice for 15 years, and have 3 beautiful kiddos, Kelsey, Reese & Graham. We live here in Normal, IL & are actively involved in our faith & school communities.
I've been fortunate to have had a handful of fantastic professional experiences starting in residential design, transitioning into educational leadership, where I founded the LeRoy Preparatory Academy & began providing professional development for schools & youth based organizations. This led to starting a small strategic consulting practice focused on organizational health of small businesses & non-profit organizations. One of those early clients, eventually asked me to join their executive leadership team, as the Vice President and Chief Potential Officer of Cybernautic. It was this position, combined with my small consulting practice that opened doors for me to spend much of the last four years focusing my professional efforts in both Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Construction.
Throughout my years in leadership in the Bloomington/Normal community, I’ve been so blessed to be surrounded by such a wonderful network of creative professionals that believe in serving others through collaboration. This creativity & collaboration ultimately paved the partnership with Catalyst Construction, where I now serve as a leader of Business Development and Innovation. My role is focused on helping connect local businesses with how spaces can be designed in a way that is holistic, purposeful, and resource conscious. The partnership with Catalyst, ultimatley led me to earning my Real Estate License & where I now serve the community as a Realtor with Keller Williams, granting me one more powerful tool to meet businesses where they are, provide valuable insight on how to move forward, and connect them with the best fit for their needs. Each of these strategic partnerships has given me the unique opportunity to leverage expertise across multiple fields to better serve the greater Central Illinois community by empowering individuals and businesses to passionately pursue their potential!
