I am a Las Vegas native and am currently the Broker/Owner of Polaris Realty. I have been guiding house hunters and home sellers as a full time Realtor in Las Vegas since 2001. During that time I have seen the market go from a balanced environment to a seller dominated market, then a buyer dominated market to a distressed market dominated by institutional buyers and sellers to the recovering market we have today. I’ve helped negotiate sales and purchases ranging from fifty thousand dollar condominiums to three million dollar luxury homes, commercial buildings and vacant land. I have over a decade of experience marketing my client’s homes for sale, effectively negotiating contracts and learning the ins and outs of exactly what it takes to make sure that what we put into escrow comes out on the other side as a successfully closed transaction.
