Bio
Rob was born and raised in Marquette, MI. His father, Bob, has been in the Real Estate business for 30 years, so Rob grew up learning about Real Estate. In 2002, Bob started Northern Michigan Land Brokers as the Broker/Owner. Rob soon joined the business, and now manages the Marquette office. He obtained a Real Estate Salespersons license at the age of 19 and an Associate Brokers license at the age of 24. Rob has been in the business for 16 years now and feels that he has the perfect combination of youth and experience.
He has experience with all types of Real Estate transactions but specializes in vacant land, waterfront, and large acreage residential and camp sales. These categories require specific knowledge and experience to be successful. Rob spends more hours working with these property types than any other Agent in the business and he has a huge knowledge base as proof of that. He has worked to put his office at the top of land sales in the Upper Peninsula every year. He has extensive experience working with large timber companies and large private investors. Rob approaches Real Estate from a consulting and Client based viewpoint rather than acting as a salesperson. He offers a variety of services to his Clients, many of which are free of charge to Buyer and Seller Clients.
Above all, Rob values honesty and a moral approach to the Real Estate business which he finds that his Clients see as a breath of fresh air. He takes his responsibilities in representing people’s largest assets very seriously and he is grateful to be in a position to help others with their most significant financial decisions.
