As head of Andover Real Estate Partners since its formation in 2010, Robert Stone has been responsible for the ongoing day to day operations, investor relations and asset management of its assets in Florida and Michigan totaling 1000 units valued at $95,000,000. He was also responsible for identifying and analyzing these assets, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the ongoing physical and social improvements which have resulted in positively impacting the value of all of its assets. Prior to forming Andover Real Estate Partners, Robert was Director Of Multi Housing for CB Richard Ellis Detroit. In this role, he lead a team that oversaw the marketing, due diligence, financing, and closing process of apartment sales totaling more than $750M. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Wayne State University.
