He has more than 30 years of experience in Residential, Commercial, REO, and Land sales as well as the rental market. Originally licensed in the State of Georgia in 1999, he received his Broker’s License in 2004 in Georgia and became a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Council in 2003 for his sales of more than 5 Million Dollars. Rob moved to Virginia in 2010 to embark on a new chapter in his life. Rob began working at a boutique real estate company in Orange, Va. as their Managing Broker and Property Manager where he successfully managed over 80 rental properties for several years. He joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Family in Fredericksburg and Manassas, joined Move4Free Realty, LLC in Manassas where he was a Team Leader, was the Managing Broker of Chatel Real Estate in Washington, D.C. the Sales Manager for ReMax Gold Star and currently is an Associate Broker of CENTURY 21 New Millennium and apart of the Commercial Division in Fredericksburg. Rob’s broad knowledge of the Central, Northern Virginia, and Washington markets, consumer and design trends, and the many criteria involved in the sale or purchase of property provide his clients and customers with service unparalleled in the industry. As a seasoned REO broker having listed and sold over 300 homes in the Atlanta market with Countrywide, Bank of America, and JP Morgan Chase as one of their preferred brokers during the 2008-2010 foreclosure frenzy. Rob currently lives in the Northern Virginia area, enjoys wine tastings at his family’s Vineyard and Brewery in the Spotsylvania area as well as spending time with friends and family and his beloved Jack Russell “Bailey.”
