Rob Martensen is a Senior Executive Vice President with Colliers International. He is an expert in analyzing market conditions, with a precise knowledge of current lease rates and values. Rob’s organizational skills ensure that transactions close in a timely manner. Rob has been involved in over 350 transactions including industrial sales, leasing, build-to-suits and land sales.
The team ensures transactions are aligned with their clients’ business objectives to meet or exceed their financial goals.
