Clear goals are essential for successful investing. Rob is an expert at helping clients clarify where they want to go, assembling the right teams for getting there, and executing on strategy. For more than 40 years, he has developed, managed, appraised, and leased real estate for the Pacific Northwest’s most prominent corporations, organizations, investors, and developers.
Rob’s consensus-building style has enabled him to lead multidisciplinary teams for a wide variety of projects for family offices, middle-market enterprises, and global companies (like Microsoft and Boeing). His projects have included: office developments, major manufacturing facilities, sustainable apartment developments, and internationally dispersed corporate campuses. After four decades in the business, building relationships and solving problems remain the favorite parts of his job.
Rob is a past board member of Corenet Global and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He is an active member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute.
