Rob Howe grew up in the Boston area and moved south after playing football and basketball in college in Virginia. He has owned restaurants in several states and bought, sold, and remodeled numerous houses to flip over the last 30 years. He gained experience in finding properties for investors and restaurant owners to expand their businesses as well as supervising the building and operation of the businesses. <br><br>He discovered a talent for marketing when he was asked to rescue a group of owners who were not making a profit. Being an entrepreneur at heart even in a new community, he creatively turned those businesses around profitable in 3 months.<br><br>His experience in real estate encompasses property acquisition, inspections, and consulting with investors as well as remodeling several family homes and turning distressed properties into exclusive listings. He has landlord experience as he has owned multiple properties including boarding houses, Airbnb’s, trailer parks, as well as single family homes. Several years ago, changes in the industry convinced him to receive his Real Estate Agent License and buy and sell for others. With his accounting training, numbers come easy and he is very familiar with all kinds of financing. <br><br>While an operating partner, he instituted several programs to benefit the community, local schools, and charitable organizations, as well as a successful lunch catering service to manufacturing sites. He has served on the Board for Easter Seals and been a member of the Chamber of Commerce.<br><br>Most people refer to him as a salesperson; but instead, he loves building relationships, discovering what people are looking for and finding a way to meet their needs.<br><br>He married a southern woman and makes his home near his grandchildren in Columbus, GA, recently moving back from living and working in Atlanta for several years.
