Mr. Hillebrand serves as a Vice President – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties. Mr. Hillebrand is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction. Mr. Hillebrand has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience focused on asset management, leasing, property management, project management, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He has been responsible for managing and leasing millions of square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties, and brings the unique knowledge, experience, and perspective of having represented both tenants and owners/investors during various stages of his career. Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Hillebrand most recently served as Director of Asset Management for Hines Interests Limited Partnership in Washington, DC where he provided asset management services for 3.6 million square feet of premier commercial office and retail properties valued at over $2 billion. He was involved in leasing over 3.2 million square feet, implementing over $60 million in base building capital improvements, and facilitating multiple building re-financings while serving as the primary liaison with institutional owners and investors for his properties. Mr. Hillebrand originally joined Hines as a Property Manager before transitioning to an asset management role for most of his tenure. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Hillebrand served as Manager of Leasehold Operations for Xerox Corporation, with leasing, financial, and project management responsibilities for 180 office and warehouse facilities exceeding 3 million square feet located across sixteen states. Mr. Hillebrand also worked at CLW Real Estate Services Group (now Cushman & Wakefield) where he provided tenant-rep leasing and consulting services in support of three Fortune 500 companies. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

MBA in Operations Management from Syracuse University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
