Rob Gemerchak joined Stan Johnson Company in 2018 as a Director in the Toledo office, bringing with him 30+ years of commercial-investment real estate expertise in sale-leasebacks, portfolio sales, and single tenant net lease industrial and office transactions. Gemerchak has represented many institutional, corporate, and private equity clients throughout his career and offers in-depth experience and market insight within the Midwest geography. Notable high-profile transactions range from $100 million+ portfolio investment sales to dozens of major transactions involving Fortune 500 firms.
Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Gemerchak was Senior Vice President at Binswanger for 15 years while leading the Midwest Region for the firm, which was consistently one of the top industrial and office investment teams in the country. A graduate of Duke University with a master’s degree from Boston University, he is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Members designation, and has been named an Industrial and Office Power Broker by the CoStar Group.
