Bio
Mr. Gage is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the acquisition and development of industrial properties in North and South Carolina. Additionally, he oversees all operational activities within his region, including management and leasing.
Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Gage was Vice President of Development for Al. Neyer, a private developer of industrial, office, and medical office properties. In this role, Mr. Gage was responsible for the ground-up development of over $130 million of development projects in the Nashville, TN area over the last several years. Mr. Gage has served in roles as a Senior Vice President of Leasing and Sales for Proventure Commercial Real Estate, OakPoint Real Estate, and Cassidy Turley now known as Cushman and Wakefield, where he advised numerous local and Fortune 500 clients as well as institutional investors in real estate strategy, leasing, acquisition and disposition. Throughout his career, he has completed over $1 billion in sales, leasing, and development transactions.
Mr. Gage is a native of the Carolina’s and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC in 1993.
