As a graduate of Michigan State University, he earned a bachelors of science degree in packaging engineering. He also earned an MBA from Montreat College. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina with years of experience in investment real estate and commercial real estate brokerage (since 1997). He also holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). The CCIM designation is the highest professional certification one can earn in commercial investment real estate. Just as accountants earn the CPA, the CCIM designation identifies you as an expert in commercial investment real estate.
