Robert is a Managing Director in the Washington, DC office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He returned to JLL, as part of the HFF acquisition and has 11 years of commercial real estate experience. Robert specializes in arranging debt and equity placement for all property types and portfolios in the Washington, DC metro area.
Before starting at HFF in 2014, Robert served as an associate at JLL in Washington, DC, where he represented Federal Government clients in office and warehouse leasing transactions. During his tenure at JLL, he completed more than 500,000 square feet of transactions on behalf of his clients. Throughout his career, he has executed debt and equity placement transactions representing more than $2.7 billion of capitalized value.
