Riley McMullan joined Cushman & Wakefield as Associate Director Research in January 2020. She is responsible for day-to-day research requirements with a focus on data strategy: overseeing database maintenance, identifying areas of focus for data improvement, and running quarterly statistics and analysis. Aside from statistics and quarterly research output, Riley also contributes to thought leadership efforts and assists with business development. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Riley was a Team Lead at CoStar Group where she managed research efforts for the New York City multifamily portfolio, as well as research for a nationwide portfolio of student housing communities.
