Riley is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a financial background and experience in financial analysis, operating proformas, retail sales, convenience store operations, and industrial sales/lease structures. He has been involved with residential development from subdivision design to building residential houses. Recently he has worked with and placed tenants such as Rain For Rent, Peabody Energy, Anixter, and First Interstate Bank. He has worked along with Pat Green in locating and developing retail locations for some major chains such as Kum & Go, McDonald’s and Auto Zone.
