Riggs joined Colliers in the summer of 2019 after returning home to Colorado after attending the University of Alabama. During his time at Colliers, Riggs has participated in and led a wide array of transactions across multiple asset classes representing both tenants and landlords. As a young broker, Riggs has separated himself by assisting clients with atypical requirements or unique properties that require a more specialized and tailored approach to achieve the clients desired results. As a Colorado native, Riggs spends his free time playing golf in the summer and skiing in the winter. When not spending his time outdoors, he enjoys live music and traveling to seek out new experiences with friends and family.
