Rick’s experience includes the representation of local and institutional owners in the disposition of their real estate assets. Because of his relationship skills, executive experience, and market expertise, Rick has been relied on for strategic planning, transaction guidance, and property management by many property owners throughout Orange County, with particular focus in the north Orange County industrial market. His understanding of the commercial real estate market has provided his clients with expert consultation and guidance throughout his career.
Rick began his real estate career at Daum Commercial before joining Lee & Associates - Newport Beach. Prior to that, Rick served as President and CEO of an international semiconductor distribution company, a position he held for over 13 years. Taking the company from concept to a supplier of many international electronics manufacturers and Department of Defense contractors, Rick has over two decades of C-level engagement, foreign and domestic contract negotiation, and balance sheet responsibility.
Rick currently sits on the board of directors for Lee & Associates - Newport Beach.
