Rick has leveraged his education in business (Boston University School of Management) and law (University of Miami School of Law) with two decades of experience in real estate development, brokerage, land use, and zoning to offer my clients a broad perspective on real estate investments and transactions. My focus now in real estate is on food, beverage, restaurant properties and hospitality. As Director of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial's Food, Beverage & Hospitality Group, he is working to assist solo operators, franchisees, chains, restaurant groups, investors and property owners accomplish their real estate goals. He has a unique proprietary data driven system to find the right location for his clients. He also can help clients relocate or sell their existing property or food business.
