Started as Property Manager in San Bernardino, with Miller & Associates in 1988, earned Salesperson License in 1989 and began Leasing and Selling Commercial Real Estate while being Property Manager for over 175,000 sqft of Office and Industrial Space. In 1991, joined DAUM Commercial in Ontario and specialized in Office Properties. In 1995, formed Delmar Commercial Real Estate with the Owner of Delmar Property Management, and 4 other Commercial Agents from G&E. Specializing in Office and Retail, Leasing and Sales as well as property management duties for 75,000 sqft of office and retail space in the I.E..In 2009 I left Delmar and joined a friend in his small company Trinty Real Estate, which led to forming, in 2013 with a partner, COMRRE & Associates. In 2017, decided to start my own company with the clients I have served for over 28 years in the Property Management and Real Estate Sides, but now with more focus on the Management Aspects of Commercial Properties. So I started Custom Commercial Solutions, because every problem, has a solution that needs to be customized in order to be successful and implemented timely and accurately.
