Rick, with partner Rob Kirschner, founded Fulcrum Real Estate Partners, LLC in 2014 to originate and syndicate investments in commercial real estate focusing on office and industrial properties in the $2.0M to $10.0M price range.
Over his career, Rick has been a part of nearly one billion dollars worth of real estate transactions, highlighted by his recognition by the Boston Commercial Brokers Association for the "Investment Sale of the Year" in 2002 for the sale of MetLife’s Boston Headquarters at 501 Boylston Street.
