Rick, a lifelong guitarist, singer, and songwriter, was born and raised in Visalia, California. Along with wife Rita and their 3 kids, Rick has lived throughout California moving back to Visalia twice over the course of the last 25 years, because Visalia is simply home. In 2008 Rick retired from AT&T after 30 years of service.<br><br>Everyone has a vision of what they want their retreat to include.
