As a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Association of Realtors, Rick offers more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, valuation, management, and development. Rick is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in finance and a doctorate in jurisprudence.
