Rick O'Neill is the founder of Hancock Commercial and the firm is named after his late grandfather John T. Hancock. Rick specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales of all kinds of commercial properties including office, industrial and multi-residential. Over the years, Rick has sold buildings ranging from $500,000 to $8,500,000 and has seen leasing clients grow from a small 1,500 square foot requirement to a need for over 30,000 square feet. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Rick had years of experience in corporate real estate, real estate lending and in title insurance. Rick is a CCIM candidate.
Rick has a Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Both of Rick's degrees have a concentration in Real Estate
