Rick Lazar is a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates. He is the former owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Lazar & Associates, in Redlands. He has been specializing in commercial real estate since 1976, specializing in Office and Industrial Sales and Leasing, investment real estate investments and land development.
Rick has been awarded the prestigious Top Two Elite, award by Coldwell Banker Commercial three times in the last 10 years. The award recognizes brokers who rank among the top two percent for overall transactions nationwide.
As a commercial property owner himself, Rick prides himself in being able to provide his client an additional dimension and level of understanding.
