Bio
Mr. Ingwers is a Vice Chairman in the Corporate Capital Markets (CCM) group of Cushman & Wakefield. CCM is a key component of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets service line, and advises clients on a wide range of monetization assignments including sales, long term sale-leasebacks, financings, structured and build-to-suit transactions. Based in Silicon Valley, Rick has advised numerous institutions and multi-national corporations, and completed over $7.25 Billion in real estate transactions. A partial list of clients includes: Hewlett-Packard, AT&T, Bayer, Bank of America, Novartis, Pfizer, United Technology Corp., General Electric, Comcast, Symantec, NXP Semiconductors, First Solar, LAM Research, GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberly-Clark, Prudential, Principal Global Investors, Torchlight Investors, and others. Rick is the National Team Leader and founding member of C&W’s Corporation Disposition Practice (CDP), a specialty practice group within Capital Markets. This global practice group provides corporate clients with a sophisticated, process-driven approach to selling their real estate assets. Key capabilities include the preparation of Property Strategic Plans, the development of global transaction programs, and the disposition of surplus real estate. In addition, Rick has over 25 years of experience in investment sales. He previously led one of C&W’s premiere investment sales teams and has received numerous awards and recognitions. Prior to joining C&W, Rick spent 15 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors. He worked directly with their investment funds, holding positions in acquisitions/sales, asset management and portfolio management. During his tenure at Prudential, Rick managed over 220 third party sales, leasing and property management teams. He was involved in over $4.5 Billion in real estate transactions, including the sale of The Empire State Building.
