During his 20 years specializing in corporate advisement, Rick has represented numerous clients from several industries (Law, Investment, Public Relations, Collections, Architecture, and Manufacturing). Whether office leases, subleases, or investment sales, Rick has the experience to address his client’s occupancy requirements.
Rick’s extensive business background serves his clients well because of his extensive experience in transaction management, project management, and strategic planning.
Rick focuses on the Downtown Denver market (CBD, LODO, Midtown and Capitol Hill, Platte Valley, Cherry Creek), the second largest office market in Colorado. Cresa Partner clients benefit from Rick’s passion and day-to-day market knowledge of downtown.
