Rick Castleberry joined McAllister & Associates Real Estate Services as a broker in December of 1998. Rick has been involved in a wide variety of real estate related activities since 1978. Since arriving in Austin in 1984, he has been involved in the development, management, marketing of office and industrial property for both lease and disposition, negotiating leases (representing both landlords and tenants), representing both sellers and buyers, and providing consulting for commercial real estate in the Austin commercial real estate market. This broad knowledge of commercial real estate components provides an insight to the integration of the different aspects of a real estate transaction; allowing Rick to structure real estate transactions keeping all parties objectives in focus and achieving win-win results.

Negotiated leases of over 500,000 square feet with a total dollar value in excess of $40 million representing both tenants and landlord in the Austin area.
