Mr. Borden has been associated with CB Richard Ellis (formerly Insignia/ESG) for more than 30 years. He is primarily involved with the sale and lease of industrial properties throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Over the last three years, Mr. Borden has negotiated transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $25 million.
Mr. Borden is currently representing the Greater New Bedford Industrial Foundation with the sale of individual lots totalling 200 acres of land in the New Bedford Business Park. Currently five sites are under option or purchase and sale agreement totalling 65 acres. Since 1980, he has negotiated more than twenty deals for Johnson & Johnson. In addition, Mr. Borden is currently representing C.R. Bard in the disposition of two U.S. plants and one in Puerto Rico.
