Mr. Weiss has more than 25 years of executive experience in commercial real estate and corporate business. He joined First Washington Development Group (FWDG) in 1988 as a Senior Leasing Executive, responsible for leasing of the company’s portfolio. During his 10-year tenure at FWDG, he successfully procured more than $400 million dollars in leasing and sales transactions. Following 10 years of progressively expanding leadership roles, Mr. Weiss left FWDG and co-founded Storetrax.com, a Web-based service devoted exclusively to meeting the information needs of the retail real estate community. After successfully growing the company in the Washington DC metro area, he sold his interest to a large retail developer. Mr. Weiss rejoined First Washington in December of 2011 as a Leasing Executive responsible for properties in the Washington DC Metro Area.
