Richard Vigliano has been with Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico since 2001 and has been actively involved in developing, brokering and managing real estate in New Mexico since 1976.
In 1979, Richard moved to Albuquerque to become the Project Manager for the twenty-five million dollar addition to Presbyterian Hospital. Richard assumed the duties of the Director of Real Estate Operations and served on the Senior Management Team at Presbyterian Hospital. As the Senior Administrator he was responsible for directing all real estate activities for the regional healthcare organization.
He obtained his GB-98 Contractor License in 1980 and became licensed in real estate in 1986. He has since led the acquisition, development and participated in the operations of over three million square feet of commercial and institutional real estate.
He is an experienced advisor to his clients in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, operations, and disposition and expertly handles transactions involving Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code for tax-deferred exchanges.
Richard’s background in real estate, business and financial management enable him to provide a comprehensive array of services to the real estate investor.
Richard is committed to the community and has served on many not-for-profit boards over the past 20 years; including, Presbyterian Eye Institute, Los Puentes Charter School, Hogares, Inc., RCI, Inc., Sycamore Neighborhood Association, Presbyterian Properties, Inc., and the Tennis Club of Albuquerque.
