Richard gained his degree from the College of Estate Management, London. He has worked in Oxford for over 35 years starting in the Valuation Office before moving to Chesterton where he was director in charge of the Oxford office. Specialising in professional work including rating, valuation, landlord and tenant as well as property acquisitions, Richard has established a large client base. Richard outpaces all his colleagues in the annual Oxford Town and Gown race (best time 41 minutes) and follows the misfortunes of Hereford United FC and Gloucester Rugby Club.
