Sparky Sharpless joined the Baltimore office of Newmark in 2016. He coordinates the production of all transaction deliverables which ensures that clients can make the most informed decisions at every step of the transaction. He leverages Newmark’s global platform of best practices for everything from surveys and commuting patterns to labor force analyses and management briefings.
With over 23 years of experience in graphic design, Sparky is skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, multiple CRM systems, direct marketing and project management. He coordinates the design and distribution of marketing collateral for all sublease listings. He also coordinates all accounting, billing and receiving functions for several teams.
Prior to joining Newmark, Sparky worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Vienna, VA and then for a local brokerage firm in the Baltimore area. Sparky has been a licensed broker in Maryland since 2015.
