Richard Scherer is a Vice President with Cornish & Carey Commercial. He specializes in industrial sales and leasing of single tenant, free standing buildings. Richard has over 30 years of real estate experience and is a member in good standing with both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM). Membership in these international organizations is limited to commercial real estate agents who have achieved a high level of ethics, performance and education.
Prior to joining Cornish & Carey Commercial NKF in May 2004, Richard was a Senior Vice President at another real estate brokerage company, where he was a consistent Top Producer and nominated for Industrial Broker of the Year several times.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
