Part of an evolving retail landscape for over 20 years, Richard has
developed a strong market profile having worked in a number of key
consultancy firms and with valuable client-side experience.
His broad in-depth knowledge assists owners and occupiers formulate
and also delivers strategies in this challenging period of reinvention and
change.
A key focus is on “repurposing”; by producing asset management plans
on individual building through to extensive blocks of city centre
ownerships and shopping centres. Working with other professionals, asset plans are developed into detailed feasibility studies to formulate
solutions on complex situations.
This expertise encompasses hands-on experience with place-making,
tenant mix, leasing, development and financial appraisals.
It is fundamental when understanding underperforming destinations to
apply a wider consideration of catchments and the community needs.
