Richard Ringer serves as the Executive Managing Director for Arbor Realty Capital Advisors, currently heading up its multi-family practice. Prior to Arbor, Richard was a Senior Managing Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. He has spent the last 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, both as a broker and as a principal, having closed 300+ commercial real estate transactions, totaling more than $2,100,000,000. His industry expertise allows him to successfully close transactions nationally on a variety of product types; however, his specialization and expertise is on Multifamily.
Richard’s accolades include twenty-one Sales Recognition Awards and eighteen National Achievement Awards, which distinguish Marcus & Millichap's top agents nationwide. In addition to his many Marcus & Millichap honors, in 2013, he was nominated for the Real Property Person of the Year Award by the State Bar of California.
