As president and principal broker of Reynolds Realty Management, Inc., Richard Reynolds offers over 27 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and development. He has one daughter, Brooke Neal, and grandson, Chase Neal of Texarkana, Arkansas. Richard has attended Texarkana College, East Texas State University, and Texas A&M University of Texarkana. Richard enjoys his involvement in various civic and community organizations. He is a 20 years member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and an active member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, the TAMU-T Business Advisory Council and Foundation Board member, as well as being a CASA Advisory Board member, and a member of the Wilbur Smith Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. Richard is also a former State President of Texas Young Realtors, and a former Co-Chairman of Bowie/Miller Vision 20/20. In addition, he is a member of Partnership for the Pathway.
Richard has been the recipient of many awards and recognitions during his career. He served as former State President of Parents Anonymous, Chairman of the Children’s Advocacy Center, and State Chairman of Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN), and was a recipient of the SCAN Lifetime Achievement Award. Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee recognized Richard’s outstanding achievements with the Arkansas Travelers Award.
