Richard G.Reiss, Jr. was raised in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from Alamo Heights High School in 1964. He attended North Texas State University, graduating in1969 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Banking and Finance. He attended graduate classes at Southwest Texas State University in 1977 and 1978. Mr. Reiss was licensed as a real estate agent in 1978, received his broker's license in 1982, and opened his own brokerage firm the same year. He holds the Certified Commercial-Investment Member designation (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Richard Reiss is a Charter Member of the South Texas CCIM Chapter and a past board member. He was also a Charter Member of the Commercial-Investment Division of the San Antonio Board of Realtors.
