Richard joined London based property firm Edwin Hill post university and stayed with them for 20 years, rising to the position of senior equity partner.
Instrumental in the set-up and development of the key satellite markets of the Midlands and the North, Richard acted for and advised a myriad of global blue chip clients on agency and acquisition.
Following the sale of the business to Canadian property group Altus, he left to set up Potter Learoyd Commercial.
Within the office Richard’s primary role is as Principal Agent and developing new business.
