As executive vice president and one of the firm’s principal brokers, Dick is consistently recognized as one of the region’s top producing industrial real estate agents. Dick graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1976 with a B.S. in Business, and joined Porter Realty Company in 1980 after being stationed in Europe with the Signal Corps of the U.S. Army. Dick is an industrial specialist with SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and has also served as president of the Virginia SIOR chapter. Dick is a former trustee of SIOR’s National Educational/Trust Fund, and a former member of SIOR’s National Membership Committee and National Board of Directors. Dick is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of River Road United Methodist Church.
