Bio
Richard is the Head of the South London, Surrey and Kent Region since 2004.
Over the last 15 years as Head of the Development Consultancy Division Richard has advised on a wide range of projects from Margate and Dover in the east to Bristol in the west. This has included planning matters, viability, agency and disposal.
Richard is now on the Board of Trustees of Fairfield Halls and Croydon Business Ventures, both of which are charities, and a Governor of St Peters School South Croydon.
He is Chairman of Develop Croydon a private sector group that promotes the regeneration of Croydon.
