Having joined Osborne King in 2007 first gaining experience in the Professional Services team. Richard qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009 and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Richard is now responsible for office leasing, sales and acquisitions. He has a range of Public and Private Sector clients including Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, Danske Bank, Danske Bank Pension Trust, Orby Investment Ltd, The Linenhall Partnership and Cabra Property Company.
