For over 19 years, Richard McAllister has negotiated a vast diversity of commercial real estate transactions, representing some of the most prominent companies, developers and investors in the Intermountain West.
Richard has developed a reputation as one of the leading professionals in the market. Most recently, he represented Imagine Learning in their new 70,000-square-foot headquarters in the prestigious Riverwoods Business & Research Park in Provo. In addition, Richard is currently working with investors and developers regarding opportunities ranging from master-planned developments to strategic acquisitions focused on income properties.
Richard previously worked with Prudential Real Estate in 2000 and has also worked as a general contractor.
Richard is also recognized as one of the most talented vocalists in the Intermountain West as one of the vocalists with acclaimed group Voice Male. He lives in Lehi with his wife, Jenny, and four children.
