I have been in the Real Estate Business now for over 15 years and the Broker for My firm for over 11 years, As the Boker-Owner I have many duties and responsibilities from running and maintaining the business to advertising, recruiting and selling. I am involved in everything that is takes to start, grow and maintain the business. My responsibilities on the recruiting side were and still are marketing for agents, interviewing and selecting, training and supporting.
On the marketing and sales side of Real Estate, my jod is working as both a sellers and a buyers agent which, as a sellers agent is to market, advertise, valuate and place on the MLS and many other marketing sites at the correct price that will optimize the return for my sellers and at the same time be attractive enough to sell at minimum days on market. As the buyers agent and an (ABR) or Accredited Buyers Representative, it is my job to work in the best interest of my buyer, to be fair, loyal and honest and to not only find them the best home that fits their needs but to also walk them through the entire buying process from start to finish. I think that is always important to remember that I am dealing with the public and in many cases first time home buyers and sellers and agents so never to take for granted that they need my help.
