Since 1985, Richard S. Kaufman, CCIM has been involved in all areas of commercial real estate in the state of Florida. Mr. Kaufman has expertise in Leasing, Sales, Sale-Lease Tracts, Site Selections, Development, 1031 Exchanges and Landlord / Tenant Representation in all phases of commercial real estate.
Prior to the formation of Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. Kaufman was Senior Vice President of a South Florida commercial real estate company from 1995 to 2004. During that time, Mr. Kaufman was involved in the sale of numerous properties totaling over $100,000,000, and numerous lease transactions totaling over 500,000 square feet. Mr. Kaufman was awarded the Top Sales Associate
Award and Agent of The Year Award several years in a row.
From 1985 to 1994 Mr. Kaufman was Vice President of D.P. Lewis and Associates, Inc. During that period, Mr. Kaufman was Director of Lease and Investment Sales, and involved in lease and sale transactions totaling over $50,000,000.
Mr. Kaufman is active in his community on numerous charitable committees.
Mr. Kaufman resides in West Palm Beach Florida with his wife Kileen, son Jason, and daughter Meagan.
