Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the London office leasing market, starting his career in 1993 with the leading niche agency of the day. He cut his teeth on the reinvention of Carnaby Street by Shaftesbury and since then has been involved in some of London’s gamechanging schemes and buildings - including being at the centre of the commercial advice and execution on King’s Cross from the very beginning (including the deal that saw Google commit to this brand new campus for London), as well as Wood Wharf, the evolution of the world class business district that is Canary Wharf. Richard has also been trusted by some of London’s most exacting developers – for example he has advised Derwent London on a large number of their key schemes, from Angel Building, through White Collar Factory, 1+2 Stephen Street, White Chapel Building to, most recently, Brunel Building. Richard continues to love London office agency and design development.
