Richard has worked within the Houlihan-Parnes umbrella of companies for over 27 years in a variety of capacities. Mr. Hendey was the Senior Managing Agent for GHP Office Realty for five years, overseeing all aspects of management, construction and tenant relations for a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of Class A and B office space located in Westchester County and Southern Connecticut.
In addition he was the Principal Partner in a company set up to develop a site located in the downtown area of White Plains, NY. Mr. Hendey was the owner and developer of a 31 unit rental apartment complex known as “The Dell” located at 111 South Broadway, White Plains, NY.
Over the past 15 years Richard has been credited with the acquisition of a variety of retail, warehouse and apartment properties which are owned and managed by various principals and entities of the Houlihan Parnes family of companies.
Before returning to Houlihan-Parnes, Mr. Hendey worked as a Vice President for Lordae Property Management and as a Leasing Representative for Rosenshein Associates and in a brokerage capacity.
Mr. Hendey is currently focusing on acquisitions, management, sales & leasing of retail, office and industrial properties.
