Richard Grossman is a graduate of Lafayette College and Harvard Law School. He has over 30 years of experience in construction and development. Together with other members of the Grossman family and associates, Richard has successfully developed and currently manages more than 75 commercial projects including shopping centers and office buildings.
Two of the more notable office projects are: 150 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, New York, a 4-story office building containing 70,000 square feet which serves as Gibraltar’s headquarters, and Rockland Corporate Center in West Nyack, NY. The latter is a three-building Class-A office complex with over 200,000 square feet.
Of the numerous shopping center developments for which Richard has been responsible, some of the most noteworthy include: Middlesex Mall in South Plainfield, New Jersey; Price Chopper Plaza in Saratoga Springs, NY; Lake Ridge Plaza in Valley Cottage, NY; Burlington Coat Factory Plaza in Kingston, NY; and Home Depot Plaza in Brattleboro, Vermont.
