Rick Graf relies on management experience gained as both a business owner and as a commercial real estate professional to serve and advance the interests of clients in the greater Twin Cities area of Minnesota and nationally. Rick is also responsible for new business development. His team is working on or has recently completed projects in El Paso, Texas; Juarez, Mexico; Erlanger, Kentucky and Los Angeles, CA.
Rick develops strong personal relationships with clients and prospective clients to provide insight and expertise to the rapidly changing commercial real estate market. His knowledge of trends and conditions and his ability to explore and pursue various funding strategies have proven value to the bottom line. Rick works as a key member of a team of experts to provide coordinated and comprehensive advice to individuals, organizations and corporations.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Rick worked with Paramount Real Estate. Rick is currently the managing owner of Red King Foods, DBA Burger King. Red King Foods has 36 restaurant locations in Minnesota, North and South Dakota. Rick also played in the National Football League for eight years, from 1987 - 1995 with the Miami Dolphins, Houston Oilers and Washington Redskins.
