Richard E. Garcia is the President/Designated Broker at Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. Richard specializes in the Downtown Scottsdale Arizona market. He has an extensive background in banking and financing, spanning over 23 years of experience in buying, selling and leasing commercial properties for his clients.
Richard began his banking career in Tucson, Arizona. After nine years in the banking business in Tucson, he transferred to Scottsdale and continued his banking career for another six years. Richard was founding member and President of National bank of Arizona as well as being chairman of the board at Sunrise Bank of Arizona.
After fifteen years in banking he decided to branch off into the real estate industry. He founded Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. in 1995. Since 1995 Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. has thrived in the downtown Scottsdale market.
Richard has serviced some of the most elite families and investment groups in Scottsdale and continues to be one of the go-to Brokers for both insight and advisement with regards to selling, leasing and investing in the Scottsdale area.
