With 20+ years experience in the commercial real estate industry, I have worked very closely with some of the largest global IT firms in the world helping create world class software development, data and BPO centers as well as corporate and regional headquarters. I have provided support to these firms in many ways including brokerage, consulting, site selection (quantitative/qualitative analysis), incentive negotiation, and investment analysis. Based in Chicago, I am highly experienced throughout the US and Latin America.
